Modules thermo-électriques miniatures

La série OptoTec est composée de modules thermoélectriques miniatures (TEM). L’application principale de cette série est la stabilisation de la température de composants optiques sensibles dans les industries des télécoms et de la photonique où la place requise pour ce type de refroidissement est faible.

Cette gamme de produits est disponible en plusieurs configurations (forme, alimentation, puissance, …) et options de finition de surface. Les modules Petiers miniatures OptoTEC ™ sont conçus pour les applications à faible courant et à faible dissipation de calories. Toutes les cellules thermoélectriques de la série OptoTEC ™ ont un fil non isolé de 57 mm de longueur.  Des fabrications sur mesure sont possibles (avec toutefois des minimums en quantité).

Certains modules miniatures ont été remplacés par de nouvelles séries :

  • 138 ° C (OT) : cette page
  • 232 ° C (ET) : remplacés par la série Hi temp ET
  • 271 ° C (HOT) : : remplacés par la série Hi temp ETX
